Qp2 Quantum Wallet is a browser wallet for Ethereum and Bitcoin built for the moment a signing key is no longer safe to reuse.
On Ethereum, a normal address is the key. Once that public key is on-chain, a break of the curve, or of whatever scheme you migrated to, reaches the funds. Qp2 keeps the address and retires the key. You create a QP2 smart account whose address is a contract, not an ECDSA key. Each send is authorized by a one-time address (OTA): that key signs once, then the account rotates to a fresh authority. A later break of the published key finds a key that no longer controls the account. If the threat moves again, one transaction swaps the verifier (CRV) for a hash, a lattice, or the next scheme, without migrating funds or changing the address.
On Bitcoin, Qp2 uses QP2WSH: strict N-of-N custody in a P2WSH script. At rest the chain sees only a script hash, not the public keys. A spend needs every cosigner, and change is paid to a fresh script with new keys. Default custody is 5-of-5.
Why install it
• Hold ETH at a permanent smart-account address while the signing key rotates every transaction.
• Swap the on-chain verifier in one transaction when the algorithm is no longer the one you want.
• Hold BTC in N-of-N QP2WSH so public keys stay off-chain until you spend.
• Connect to EVM dApps from the same wallet.
What you can do
• Create a new wallet or import a 12-word recovery phrase. Ethereum accounts use the standard BIP-39 path, so the same phrase works with other EVM wallets.
• Add QP2 quantum accounts (software seed or Ledger) and BTC quantum accounts (choose network and N).
• Send and receive ETH and BTC, with a review screen before you confirm.
• Connect to dApps over the standard Ethereum provider (EIP-1193 and EIP-6963). Connection, transaction, and signature requests open an approval window.
• Use Ledger (WebHID) or Trezor. Hardware keys stay on the device. The extension only broadcasts the signed result.
• Switch networks (Ethereum Mainnet, Sepolia, Holesky) or add your own EVM RPC.
• See local activity as transactions move from pending to confirmed or failed.
Your recovery phrase and imported keys are encrypted on this device (AES-256-GCM, key derived from your password). They are not sent to a Qp2 server. The wallet locks after inactivity. You can review connected sites and reset the wallet from settings.
Qp2 is self-custody. You hold the recovery phrase. If you lose it, the funds cannot be recovered.
