About ProudNotProud — 10-Second Check-Ins, Proud or Not
Were you proud of that block of work, or not?
ProudNotProud is a pride tracker for your workday. When you finish a task, a meeting, or a Clockify timer, it asks one question about the work. Not how you feel in general. Not a journal. Not a wellness score.
Mood is weather. Pride is direction.
Pride. Find out what brings out your best.
Rate the work, not your mood.
WHAT IT DOES
• One-tap pride check-ins after a work block, meeting, or timer
• Automatic prompts when you stop a Clockify timer
• Manual check-ins from the toolbar, on any tab
• Tags and notes for the why, if you want them
• A private record of the people, projects, and kinds of work that bring out your best — and the ones that don't
• Work and life check-ins, kept on the same instrument
• Trends and history on proudnotproud.com
• Voice check-ins on the web app when typing is too much
• Private by default. Friend sharing is opt-in, and you control what they see
WHY PEOPLE INSTALL IT
You finish the day tired and cannot say which hours were worth it. After a week of check-ins, the pattern is obvious: which clients, which meetings, which kinds of work you were actually proud of.
You already track time. Clockify tells you what you did. ProudNotProud tells you whether the work was worth being proud of. Together they answer the question: was that block worth it?
You have tried end-of-day reflection and it keeps dying. Daily journals ask too much. One tap after work you were already doing is the habit that sticks.
You want a record you can keep. Not a wellness score. Not something your employer can read. Yours to export. Anonymous to anyone you do not invite.
HOW IT WORKS
Install the extension and sign into your free ProudNotProud account.
Work normally. When you stop a Clockify timer, or click the toolbar icon, a small prompt appears.
Tap where you are on the scale. Add a tag or a note if you want. Done in two seconds.
Open proudnotproud.com to see your trends and history.
No setup wizard. No streaks. No guilt.
PRIVACY
Your check-ins belong to you. They sync to your ProudNotProud account over an encrypted connection. The extension only reads the page when it needs to detect a Clockify timer stop or show a check-in prompt. It does not track your browsing, sell your data, or run ads.
Friend sharing is opt-in. You control exactly what each person sees.
