Property Shortlist & Notes for Zillow & Redfin

Property Shortlist & Notes adds a private scoring, note-taking and shortlist panel right on Zillow and Redfin listing pages. Give each home a 1-5 score, jot what you liked, and build a side-by-side shortlist — no spreadsheet, no account, no tracking. • Score every home 1-5 with a private note that autosaves to your device • One-tap shortlist pulls in price, beds, baths and sqft automatically • Compare your favorites side by side, sort by price or score • Export the whole shortlist to CSV (Pro) How it works: open any Zillow or Redfin home detail page and the Zovo panel appears in the corner. Rate it, note it, shortlist it. Open the popup to see every saved home in one grid, sorted and compared. Pro ($99 lifetime, one payment) removes the 5-home shortlist cap, adds custom weighted criteria with a composite score, unlocks CSV export, and includes cross-device sync and JSON backup. The free core stays free forever. Everything stays on your device. No account, no scraping, no tracking. Built in the open by Michael Lip, a solo developer. Questions? support@zovo.one — a real person answers. Permissions: "storage" saves your scored homes and notes locally on your device. "alarms" schedules periodic cleanup of stale state. The content script runs only on zillow.com and redfin.com to add the panel. Privacy policy: https://zovo.one/privacy-policy
