About Profilis — Resume optimizer
Profilis puts your job search next to the job you're looking at.
Open a job posting, click the Profilis icon, and a side panel opens beside the page. From there you can save the job, apply with a resume tailored to it, and keep track of every application you send, without copying anything by hand.
APPLY WITH A TAILORED RESUME
• Click Apply on a job page with an application form.
• Profilis tailors your resume to that job, fills the form from your profile, attaches the tailored PDF and copies your cover letter.
• You see a review before anything is sent: what was filled, which required fields still need you, and which questions were left blank on purpose (demographic questions, anything not in your profile). Click any item to jump to that field.
• Nothing is sent until you click Submit application. Profilis never applies by itself.
SAVE ANY JOB
• Save a job in one click from the side panel, the button on the page, the right-click menu, or Alt+Shift+S.
• Works on job postings from popular applicant tracking systems, job boards and company career pages.
• Saved jobs wait in Profilis until you're ready to tailor a resume or apply.
TRACK WHAT YOU SENT
• Applied on the employer's site? Click "I applied to this" and the application shows up in Profilis with follow-up reminders.
• The side panel lists your recent saved jobs and applications.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• The extension reads a page only when you use it: a button, the shortcut or the right-click menu.
• It never collects your browsing history and contains no analytics or advertising code.
• What you save goes only to your Profilis account, over an encrypted connection. You can revoke the extension's access any time under Settings → Extension.
You need a Profilis account (free to start at https://profil.is). Connect it once from the side panel and you're set.
