The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About PrefabLens
PrefabLens shows semantic diffs for UnityYAML assets directly on GitHub. Review changes to prefabs, scenes, materials, and other Unity assets saved as YAML.
See changes to GameObjects, components, and fields in a view similar to Unity's Hierarchy and Inspector.
Try the interactive demo without installing the extension:

Features
- View semantic diffs on pull requests and commit pages, and on compare pages within the same repository.
- See additions, removals, and changed values, with old and new values side by side.
- Resolve GUID references to asset names, including scripts and Unity built-in resources.
- Switch between raw text and semantic diffs with the Raw / Semantic toggle, per file or for the whole page. PrefabLens remembers your page-wide preference.
To view semantic diffs, sign in with GitHub from the diff panel. PrefabLens uses GitHub Device Flow, so you do not need to create or paste a token.
The extension works only on github.com. It does not support GitHub Enterprise Server.
Privacy
- Diffs are parsed locally in your browser with WebAssembly. Asset contents are not sent to a PrefabLens server.
- Your GitHub token stays in local extension storage and is sent only to github.com and api.github.com over HTTPS.
- The extension has no analytics, tracking, or telemetry.
