PostProof helps social media teams prove what they published. Pick a date range and PostProof counts the posts and stories on your accounts, saves a picture, link and date for each one, and builds a clear report you can download or share. What it does - Counts posts, reels, videos and stories for any period you choose - Saves a screenshot, the link and the publish date of every item as proof - Works from the account page on the major social networks, and from Meta Business Suite - Saves live stories automatically every few hours, so expired stories are not lost - Keeps a list of accounts grouped by company, with one-click counting for all of them - Optional daily automatic count at a time you choose - Never counts the same post or story twice - Reports by company, account and platform, with totals for posts and stories - Download the report with pictures (HTML) or as a CSV sheet - Counting rules can be locked by the team admin - Arabic and English interface Privacy Everything stays on your computer. PostProof only reads pages you open while signed in to your own accounts. It does not collect, sell or send your data to any server.
