PostPilot scores your X/Twitter posts in real time before you hit send. Most posts underperform because of weak hooks, vague claims, or length issues that are obvious in hindsight. PostPilot surfaces these problems while you're still writing, so you can fix them instead of wondering why a post flopped. It never logs into your X account and never posts for you. WHAT IT DOES As you type, PostPilot overlays a score panel on the X composer showing: • Hook analysis — detects your hook type (curiosity gap, data reveal, contrarian, etc.) and scores its strength • Specificity scoring — flags vague language and rewards concrete claims, numbers, and named references • Length optimization — guides you toward the character ranges that perform best • Curiosity gap detection — identifies whether your post creates enough tension to earn the click or the read • Governor warnings — catches structural patterns known to suppress engagement, including a named AI-slop lane for ChatGPT tells • Live media scoring — attached images and pasted links move the score • Pre-publish checklist — hook, flagged phrases, length, media. Warns. Never blocks. • Reply-invite signal — broadcast vs a real question, without rewarding “thoughts?” bait • Draft queue — save scored drafts and compare two side by side AI REWRITES When a post isn't landing, PostPilot can rewrite it for you. It never leaves your browser except for two things you trigger: validating a Pro license key (sent to LemonSqueezy, no post content included), and an AI rewrite you explicitly request (sent to PostPilot's own rewrite server, which forwards it to Anthropic and returns the result — the server enforces daily limits but doesn't retain your post content or voice data beyond generating that response).
