PositionIQ – AI Resume Job Match & Feedback

PositionIQ is an AI-powered job application coach that helps you position your resume more intelligently for each role you apply to. Unlike job boards that only analyze roles within their own platforms, PositionIQ is site-agnostic. It works directly on the job listing you're viewing—whether that job is on LinkedIn, Indeed, or a company career page—and evaluates how your resume truly aligns with that role. Why PositionIQ Is Better Than Job-Site AI Most job sites offer built-in AI resume tools, but those tools are designed to optimize for keywords and platform engagement, not real hiring decisions. Job-site AI tools typically: • Focus on surface-level keyword matching • Provide generic, one-size-fits-all feedback • Cannot assess interview risk or credibility • Encourage more applications, not better ones PositionIQ is different: • Independent, platform-neutral analysis • Evaluates your resume through recruiter, HR, and hiring manager lenses • Identifies strengths to foreground and signals to de-emphasize • Flags credibility gaps and missing proof before interviews PositionIQ does not auto-apply, fabricate achievements, or blindly rewrite your resume. It helps you apply strategically and honestly. What PositionIQ Does • Compares your resume to the job description you're viewing • Highlights strengths to emphasize for that role • Identifies risks, gaps, and mis-positioning • Evaluates clarity in a 6–10 second recruiter scan • Suggests truth-preserving resume refinements • Generates a printable, professional analysis report Privacy-First by Design • Works only when you activate it • No resume libraries or tracking • Your data remains under your control Best For • Professionals applying across multiple job boards • Candidates who don't trust platform-provided AI feedback • Career switchers evaluating real job fit • Anyone who wants honest, recruiter-grade insight before applying One-Line Positioning PositionIQ helps candidates think like recruiters before they apply.
