About Podio Dark Theme

A dark mode theme for Podio. Now updated to version 2 and completely revamped. 99% of Podio i now dark themed. Feel free to submit bugreports or any colors that need to be fixed. New in v2.1: Now using Podio built-in dark-theme CSS by default. Added a toggle to switch between the new theme and the custom theme.
