O princípio de funcionamento é baseado na funcionalidade de MALA-DIRETA do MS Office.
Antes do uso da extensão o usuário deverá ter em mãos:
- Uma planilha em formato CSV contendo os dados de origem;
- Um documento modelo "replicável" no processo do SEI. Este documento deverá conter os campos dinâmicos que deverão ser representados com o padrão ##nome_do_campo## e também coincidir com os nomes atribuídos aos cabeçalhos da planilha de origem de dados,
