About Playback Controls for ABC iview

Adds skip 10s buttons, playback speed, and volume boost past 100% to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) iview desktop player, which has none of these built in. Free - Back 10 seconds and forward 10 seconds buttons, in the control bar next to Play. - Left and right arrow keys do the same thing. - A short +10s / −10s badge confirms the skip fired. - Slower playback at 0.75×. iview has no speed control at all on desktop. - Volume boost to 150%, for quiet dialogue on laptop speakers. iview's own slider stops at 100%. Paid - Faster playback: 1.25×, 1.5×, 1.75× and 2×. - The louder boosts: 200% and 300%. Privacy - Runs only on iview.abc.net.au. Nothing about what you watch is collected or sent anywhere. - No analytics, no advertising, no tracking. - Buying a licence shares your email address with ExtensionPay, who handle licensing. Payment is processed by Stripe. Card details never reach this extension or its developer.
