PiP Bro – Picture-in-Picture with Subtitles & Controls

PiP Bro: Picture-in-Picture with subtitles and real controls. Chrome's built-in Picture-in-Picture gives you a play button and not much else. No subtitles, no seek bar, no volume. PiP Bro is the brother who shows up and fixes that. Click the PiP Bro icon (or press Alt+P) and the video pops into a floating window that stays on top while you work, browse or chat. WHAT YOU GET • Subtitles in the PiP window: whatever subtitles the site shows come along. Make them bigger or smaller, or hide them with one click (or press C). • A real seek bar: drag to any point in the video. • Volume and mute: no more going back to the tab to turn it down. • Play, pause, stop and skip back or forward. • Playback speed from 0.5× to 2×. • Hold → to speed up: hold the right arrow to play fast, let go to return to normal. Tap ← to jump back. • Your settings: choose the hold speed and how far the arrows jump. • Fit to video: one click resizes the window to the video's shape. On films with black bars, click again to crop them away. • Clean look: controls fade away when you're not using them. On streaming services, turn subtitles on in the site's player and PiP Bro picks them up. PRIVATE BY DESIGN PiP Bro only runs on a page when you click its icon or press Alt+P.
