About Pip – Desktop Buddy

Meet Pip, a tiny orange cat who lives in your browser and keeps you company while you work. A LITTLE BUDDY ON YOUR SCREEN - Pip wanders around your web pages and your New Tab page - Click Pip and it says "Hello! How are you doing?" - Drag and drop Pip anywhere you like, and it remembers the spot - Step away for 3 minutes and Pip walks to a corner and takes a nap (Zzz…). Move your mouse and Pip wakes up with a yawn HANDY TOOLS, ONE CLICK AWAY Click Pip to open its toolbox: - Math: type "15% of 80", "sqrt 144", "2^10" or "what is 7 times 8" - To-do: add tasks, tick them off, clear the finished ones - Alarms and timers: set a time (or repeat it every day), or start a quick 5, 10 or 30-minute timer. Pip shakes, beeps and sends a notification with a snooze button - Calendar: a month view with your events and reminders before they start A FRIENDLY NEW TAB Every new tab shows a big clock, a greeting, a Google search box, and Pip. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything stays on your computer. No account, no servers, no tracking, no ads. Pip never reads the pages you visit. TIPS - Hide or show Pip any time from the toolbar icon - If Pip is missing on a page, click the toolbar icon and press "Call Pip here" - Chrome doesn't allow extensions on settings pages or the Chrome Web Store, so Pip can't visit those
