About Phone Screen Mirror to PC: Cast Android to Chrome
Phone Screen Mirror to PC shows your Android phone on your computer in Chrome, and lets you control it with your mouse. Connect with one USB cable. You don't need to install an app on your phone or a program on your PC.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See your phone screen on your PC in sharp 1080p at up to 60 fps
• Control your phone: click to tap, drag to swipe, scroll lists, right-click for Back
• Hear your phone's sound on your PC (Android 11 or newer), or use the phone's microphone
• Keep your phone on screen in a floating window while you work in other tabs, and pin it on top of every window
• Take screenshots and record your phone screen
• Go live on TikTok or YouTube: Stream Mode makes a clean 9:16 or 16:9 picture with a blurred, gradient or green-screen background, your @handle and a LIVE badge, ready for OBS Studio or TikTok LIVE Studio
• Choose picture quality (Auto, 1080p, 720p or 480p) and a phone frame style
HOW TO START
1. Install the extension. A setup guide opens and shows you how to turn on Developer options and USB debugging, with steps for all major phone brands.
2. Plug your phone into your PC with a USB data cable.
3. Click the extension icon, then Connect phone. Choose your phone and tap Allow on the phone.
Next time, just plug in your phone. It connects by itself.
REQUIREMENTS
• An Android phone with Android 5.0 or newer (phone sound needs Android 11 or newer)
• A USB data cable (some cables only charge)
• Chrome or Microsoft Edge 116 or newer on Windows, macOS, Linux or ChromeOS
• iPhone and iPad are not supported
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your phone's screen and sound go straight over the cable to your computer. Nothing is uploaded. There is no account, no ads and no tracking. The extension asks for only one permission (storage), to remember your settings.
Some apps, such as banking or video streaming apps, block screen capture and show a black screen. This is set by those apps.
