The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Phantom Noise

Phantom Noise pollutes your browsing profile with realistic decoy traffic — random site visits across 150+ websites, natural-sounding searches on 4 search engines, and simulated human behavior (smooth scrolling, mouse movements, link clicks) — making it harder for ISPs, data brokers, surveillance programs, and ad-tech companies to build an accurate picture of who you are. All decoy activity runs in a completely invisible window. You will never see a tab flash, a window appear, or anything in your taskbar. Choose from 4 intensity levels (18 to 300 actions per hour). Runs 100% locally — no accounts, no servers, no data sent anywhere.
