The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Pervasieve Bill Pay Assistant
Bank of America changed its payments system from Payments and Invoicing to Bill Pay. For business that need to migrate, this extension saves time.
Steps - export from Payments and Invoicing, upload into this extension and it fills in the new Bill Pay for you. This extension does not save your bank login account or password. Neither does it make any payments on your behalf. It only adds payees for you to make the migration to Bill Pay faster.
Steps after installing this extension.
1. Export the Vendor CSV file from Bank of America, Payments and Invoice (Old system).
2. On a new tab, click on the jigsaw like icon between the Star that adds to favorites and your profile picture. This brings up the extension selection box.
3. Pick Pervasieve Bill Pay Assistant
4. In the extension, click on Step 1: Start Bank of America button.
5. Follow the steps shown in the screenshots, until you get to the form where you have to add all the information about a payee. Step 2 may help you through the navigation. Even if it does not, get to the page where you have to enter all the information about a payee.
6. Follow Step 3 to upload the Vendor CSV file that was exported in Step #1. This should give you a drop down list of all your payees.
7. Click on Step 4. This should automatically fill all the relevant payee info such as name, account number, etc. In Bill Pay, the payee's phone number is a must-have. This was not so earlier, so you will have to find the number and enter it if it wasn't filled in for you.
8. Follow the screenshots to keep the data entry going. Basically, select the next Payee from the drop-down list in Step 3 and repeat Steps 3 and 4 until you're all done.
