Pause Lock: Website Blocker

Put a pause between the urge and the click. Pause Lock is a simple site blocker that makes you wait before opening social media, video platforms, adult sites, and other distractions. Unlike blockers that can be disabled instantly, Pause Lock adds a one-minute pause before access. If you still want to continue afterward, you can open the site in that tab only. Main features • Quickly add popular social media and video sites • Block any site by entering its URL • Automatically detect adult sites using a built-in domain list, URL signals, and page titles • Wait one minute every time before opening a blocked site • Access applies only to the tab you unlocked • Opening the site in another tab starts a new one-minute wait • Removing a blocked site also requires a waiting period • Switch between light and dark modes There are no complicated schedules or day-by-day settings. Set your rules when you are calm. When the urge hits, pause before deciding. That is all. This version is completely free. There are currently no purchases or subscriptions. About Pro A future paid plan is expected to include Strict mode, a five-minute wait, unlock challenges, per-site modes, and protection against changing settings. The extension currently shows planned features and pricing for reference only. Nothing can be purchased, and no charges will be made. Monthly, annual, and lifetime options are being considered.
