Paso brings your tasks, notes, habits and daily plan together on every new Chrome tab. Start a focus timer, plan your work and capture an idea without switching between apps. Paso is free and has no ads. You do not need a Paso account, subscription or API key. • Focus timer and distraction blocking Use a Pomodoro timer with custom work sessions, short breaks and long breaks. Link a focus session to a task, track your daily focus time and enter full screen focus mode. Optional website blocking and distraction counts help you stay on track. • Tasks and priorities Create tasks with due dates, times, color flags and repeat schedules. Edit tasks directly and drag to reorder them. Switch to the Eisenhower matrix to organize tasks by urgency and importance. • Daily, weekly and monthly planning Organize your schedule with a daily timeline, weekly grid and monthly calendar. Turn a task into a scheduled time block. New task schedules start at the next half hour, with time selections available in 15 minute steps. Import and export calendar items as .ics files. • Sticky notes for quick ideas Capture an idea from the dashboard or during a focus session. Choose from multiple colors, drag notes around the screen and snap them together. Colored buttons keep closed notes within reach. Move a sticky note into Notepad when you want to keep working on it. • A notepad for writing and code Work with multiple note tabs, syntax highlighting, code folding, multiple cursors and Markdown preview. Open files and download your notes. Create a task from a note or attach an existing note to a task. Open linked notes from your planner. • Note comparison Compare two notes side by side or in a unified view. See added and removed lines, inspect changes within lines, search the comparison and move between differences. Choose whether to ignore whitespace or line ending differences. Copy or download an exact .diff file. Comparisons run locally in your browser. • Habit tracking Track habits using your own targets, steps and units: glasses of water, minutes of exercise or pages read. Tap progress segments to record activity and follow your daily streak. • Search and translation Open search with Ctrl+K or Cmd+K. Find your content and access translation from the same interface. Translation supports English, Turkish, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Greek when your browser’s on- device translator supports the selected language pair. Language models may need an initial download. • Progress and daily reviews See focus minutes, completed tasks and sessions. Review your weekly focus chart and activity history, record your daily wins and export a weekly review as Markdown. • Personalization Choose an accent color and background, pin quick links, add countdowns and use ambient sounds. A compact weather display shows local conditions. How Paso stores your data • Local by default. Tasks, notes, habits and plans are stored in your browser. Core productivity features work offline; live weather and optional Chrome sync need internet access. • Optional device encryption. Enable encryption in Settings to encrypt saved Notepad and sticky note content without remembering a password. The key stays in the same browser profile. This protects stored content but does not lock out someone who can access that profile. • Optional Chrome sync. Sync supported data such as tasks, habits, plans and quick links through Chrome. Sync is off by default and is subject to Chrome’s storage limits. Notepad and sticky note contents are not included. • Backup and restore. Export your data and restore it later. Keep backups somewhere safe. • No ads or analytics. Paso does not require a separate account. Paso’s interface supports English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Español, Português and Ελληνικά. Some newer tools may display English labels.
