Parentech: Parental Control & Site Blocker

House rules, kept by the computer. One PIN. Run it from your phone. Parentech makes a child's Chrome follow the rules you set. Set them once, change them from anywhere. BLOCK SITES Put one on the list and it does not open. Sign-in pages still work. Your PIN can open it for 15 minutes or an hour, then it shuts again. STOP SEARCHES Add the words you would rather they asked you about. A search containing one stops before results load, on Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, Yahoo and Brave. ONLY THESE SITES, FOR A WHILE A program is a name and the sites that stay open. Start it by hand, or give it a schedule: weekdays, four to six. It starts and ends on its own. You get a report: minutes on task, minutes away, what was tried. SEE WHERE THE HOURS WENT Active time per site, counted only while someone is at the keyboard. It stays on their machine. A QUIETER YOUTUBE Hide Shorts, the home feed, recommendations, comments, end cards and autoplay. Block specific videos, channels or words in titles. FROM YOUR PHONE Sign in at parentech.app. Every laptop in the house is there. Change a list, start or end a class, unlock something for an hour, lock the dashboard. Changes land within half a minute. WHAT NEVER LEAVES THE LAPTOP Browsing history, search terms, screen time and the PIN. We hold your rules, your class reports and your billing. No ads. Nothing sold. PRICE Free on one computer, for good. The family plan adds the rest of the house, sync between them, and your phone. Seven days of the family plan first, no card. Parentech guards the Chrome it is installed in. Other browsers, phones and tablets are outside its reach. Give the child a standard account without admin rights so the extension cannot be removed.
