The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Page Load Timer

The extension uses the Performance API to accurately measure navigation timing, resource timing, DOM content loaded events, and complete page load events. It calculates the total load time by finding the maximum time between the load event and the last resource to finish loading, ensuring you get the most accurate representation of when the page is truly ready.
