Built to work alongside Smartsheet, PA Smartsheet Tools adds practical productivity, diagnostics, automation, export, and optional AI capabilities while respecting the authenticated user's existing Smartsheet permissions. FORMULA ANALYSIS Review formula health across your sheet and identify error cells, broken references, inconsistent formulas, cross-sheet formulas, and cleanup priorities. Optional AI assistance can help explain findings in business-friendly language. CHANGE IMPACT Understand what may be affected before making structural changes such as deleting a column, renaming a column, deleting rows, or deleting a sheet. Connected sheets, reports and configured workflow mappings are included in the analysis where the signed-in user already has access to them. SHEET HEALTH Get a practical view of sheet complexity, usage limits, structural concerns, areas that need attention, and recommended improvements. DATA QUALITY Find blank values, invalid values, duplicates, inconsistent entries, standardization opportunities, spell-check issues, and other cleanup needs before they affect reporting or downstream processes. FLOW BUTTONS Turn selected Smartsheet rows into business actions. User-configured Flow Buttons can send only the configured row data to approved Microsoft Power Automate or Azure Logic Apps endpoints for processes such as approvals, notifications, document generation, CRM updates, and other workflows. PRODUCTIVITY TOOLS Work faster with Smart Sort, Global Search, pinned rows and columns, common row operations, and practical column tools. EXPORT CENTER Export user-requested data to Excel, PDF, CSV, or JSON. ALERTS AND SCHEDULES Set alert rules on a sheet and get a notification when something needs attention. Schedule sorts and reports to run automatically. MICROSOFT 365 (OPTIONAL) Connect your Microsoft 365 account to save a sheet as an Excel copy in OneDrive or SharePoint, add OneDrive or SharePoint files to rows, and see which of your Power Automate flows use the open sheet. Microsoft access is only requested when you choose to connect. ATTACHMENTS Preview, upload, replace, download, remove, and review attachments from one focused workspace. OPTIONAL AI ASSISTANCE Use customer or user configured Azure OpenAI or Anthropic Claude services for formula explanations, risk summaries, recommendations, contextual questions, and business-friendly interpretation. Core product capabilities continue to work without AI. TRUST AND CONTROL PA Smartsheet Tools works within the authenticated user's existing Smartsheet access. It does not bypass Smartsheet permissions. Workflow actions are user initiated. A built-in Trust Center shows local action history, what is stored on your device, and how AI is used, with CSV export. The extension contains no remotely hosted code, serves no ads, and collects no behavioural analytics.
