Overheard MLS

The Overheard MLS Chrome Extension is a powerful tool that transforms your real estate browsing experience on Zillow and Redfin. This extension enables users to view and post real-time comments on property listings, creating a community-driven platform for sharing insights, experiences, and information about homes for sale. The extension automatically extracts key property information allowing users to engage in meaningful discussions about specific listings while seamlessly integrating into the property listings itself! You should install the Overheard MLS extension because it fills a critical gap in the real estate market by providing crowd-sourced insights about properties that traditional listings don't offer. Instead of relying solely on photos and basic details, buyers, sellers, and curious neighbors can access real community feedback about properties, from neighborhood experiences to property condition insights that might not be visible in the listing. The extension uses AI to moderate conversation, making sure nothing gets too out of hand. The extension enhances decision-making by offering real-time perspectives from people who may have visited, lived near, or have knowledge about the property. This is invaluable for homebuyers who want to make informed decisions, investors looking for properties with potential issues to address, or anyone interested in learning more about a property beyond the official listing details. The anonymous posting option encourages honest reviews while protecting user privacy, making it a safe space for authentic feedback.
