Optimize AI Job Application Assistant helps you complete supported job application forms with less repetitive typing, using information saved in your Optimize profile. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Sign in with Google and complete or resume your Optimize profile. • View available job details alongside the application. • Scan supported application forms for matching profile information. • Autofill fields that have safe matches with your saved profile. • Identify questions that need your review or a manual answer. • Check detected required fields before submitting. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the Optimize side panel and sign in. 2. Complete your profile or resume your existing onboarding. 3. Visit a job application page and allow access to that website. 4. Select “Scan application” to review the detected fields. 5. Select “Autofill safe fields”, check every answer, and complete any remaining questions. 6. Submit the application yourself. YOU STAY IN CONTROL Optimize does not submit applications automatically. Resume uploads and questions requiring your judgment remain your responsibility. An Optimize account and an internet connection are required. Compatibility varies by website; some custom forms or embedded application systems may require manual completion.
