Open Path Media Review Sync

Open Path Media Review Sync helps businesses request reviews from their customers automatically. Staff sign in once, choose the customer-management website they already use, and show the extension which fields hold a customer's name, email and phone. After that, whenever a new customer is saved on that site, the extension captures it and asks staff to confirm with a single click (Yes or Skip), or confirms automatically in Automatic mode. Confirmed customers are scheduled for a review request about two hours later, and staff can cancel any pending request from the side panel before it goes out. How it works - One-time onboarding per site: record your normal workflow, then confirm the Name / Email / Phone mapping. - Monitoring is off until you press Go Live, and can be turned off any time with Deactivate. - Confirm or skip each customer in an on-page popup or in the side panel queue. - Pending requests list with a Cancel button. - Built-in connection check, test capture and feedback form. Privacy and control - Access to a site is requested only for the single site you choose to onboard. - Only the fields you select are read. Nothing is sold or used for advertising. - Customers that are not confirmed within the 2-hour window are deleted. Requires an Open Path Media account.
