Onceover: AI Job Application Autofill & Form Filler

Tell it once. Give it the once-over. Onceover is AI autofill for job applications. It fills application forms from your own private profile, shows you where every value came from, and then stops. You review. You press Submit. Onceover never does. If you apply to a lot of jobs, you know the drill: the same name, address, work history and "why do you want to work here" typed again and again. Onceover does the typing, and you keep the judgment. HOW IT WORKS Add your details once. Import a resume or paste text, or type them in. Onceover builds a private profile from facts you give it. Open any application form. Onceover offers to fill it. One click, or press Alt+Shift+F. Review. A side panel lists every field with a badge: green (confident), amber (check this), red (needs you). Click any row to see what the page asked, which profile fact was used, and why. Fix, then submit. Edit anything. Then you press the site's own Submit button. WHY IT'S DIFFERENT You see the reasoning. Every filled value shows its source and a confidence level, in one plain sentence. It never guesses. If a field is unclear, Onceover leaves it empty and asks, instead of putting in something wrong. It never submits. Onceover does not click, disable or restyle a site's Submit button. A small guard banner warns you if you are about to submit with red or amber fields. It stays out of sensitive fields. It never fills passwords, one-time codes, payment details or captchas. Demographic questions (gender, ethnicity, disability, veteran status) are never filled automatically. You choose each time, and "Prefer not to say" is one click. It learns only from corrections you make. Fix a field once and Onceover remembers it for that site. Assisted mode (optional, needs a free account): long answers are drafted by a hosted model. Each request carries only what that one form needs, and nothing is kept after the answer comes back. Optional sync is encrypted on your device before it is uploaded. The server cannot read it. No field values or page text go into analytics, and usage counts can be turned off. Export everything as JSON or delete everything from the Data & privacy page. Minimal permissions. Onceover cannot see your tabs, history or network traffic. It runs on a site only when you click it there.
