The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About On-Video Picture-in-Picture Button

Picture-in-Picture Button adds a convenient Picture-in-Picture button directly on top of videos, similar to Firefox. Hover over a video, click the button, and the video opens in a floating window above your tabs and other apps. The extension is built for websites where the native PiP button is hidden, inconvenient, or missing: YouTube, Reddit, Twitch, and many other video pages. The button appears only on hover, stays out of the way, and tries not to cover player controls. Features: PiP button directly on video hover Works with regular videos and embedded players Supports YouTube, Reddit, Twitch, and many other websites One-click Picture-in-Picture Adjustable button size Adjustable background opacity Button placement options: right, left, top, or bottom Appearance rules: only videos with audio, only videos above a chosen duration Clean, minimal interface The extension does not collect browsing history, does not track user activity, and uses permissions only to display the button over videos.
