Omni Viewer

Omni Viewer turns Chrome into a local viewer for the files you use every day. Drop a file onto the extension page or select one from your device, and Omni Viewer automatically opens an appropriate viewer. View files without switching between apps Omni Viewer supports common documents, images, audio, video, tabular and structured data, design files, and compressed archives. Depending on the content, you can browse pages or slides, inspect sheets and data rows, search structured text, control media playback, inspect file properties, or preview entries inside an archive. Tools such as zoom, sorting, filtering, annotations, and export appear when supported by the selected content. Privacy by default Selected files are processed locally unless you explicitly use the optional Share feature. The extension does not include analytics, tracking, or advertising, and it does not load remotely hosted code. The Chrome storage permission is used only to remember small interface preferences such as the selected theme. Optional sharing When you press Share, the selected file is uploaded to a dedicated service and automatically deleted after no more than five minutes. Anonymous authentication is used only to authorize sharing. Shared files are accessed using a signed share ID. No file is uploaded unless you explicitly use the Share feature.
