About Offline Start Page - Private New Tab

Offline Start Page replaces the Chrome New Tab page with a private, customizable dashboard for organizing website shortcuts, notes, tasks, RSS feeds, weather widgets, and pages. Dashboard data is stored locally by default, with optional user-initiated synchronization through Chrome Sync. Major changes since v1.0.20: - Added and refined the new header layout, including Weather positioned beside Sync. - Added a responsive 5-day weather forecast with a compact popup on smaller screens. - Improved footer layout and responsiveness. - Improved Dual Section layout, behavior, and responsive handling. - Added better keyboard and interaction support, including Escape and outside-click dismissal. - Improved Chrome Sync reliability and overall responsive behavior. - Expanded browser validation and stability checks across desktop and mobile widths.
