OfferScout — Auto-fill Job Applications

OfferScout fills in job applications on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and other career sites from your OfferScout profile, so you spend your time on the jobs worth pursuing and not on retyping the same fields. WHAT IT DOES • Fills the form from your profile: name, contact details, résumé, links, and saved answers to questions you have been asked before. • Attaches the right résumé: your master résumé, or one tailored to the job (you can review and edit it, or switch back to the master). • Leaves what only you should answer: essay questions you have not seen and agreement or declaration boxes are never filled for you. Fields it cannot fill are outlined so you can finish them. • Shows what it filled and what needs you, and keeps a record of what was sent. APPLICATIONS READY TO SEND (OPTIONAL, FROM YOUR OFFERSCOUT ACCOUNT) • OfferScout lines up jobs that match your rules (match score, your country, forms it can fill completely) and tells you with a Chrome notification: "3 applications ready". • Nothing is sent until you press Start now. A separate window opens, fills each form, and you can stop it at any time. • Optional Auto-apply: a setting you turn on yourself, with a daily limit (10 at most). Chrome shows a 60-second warning with Pause and Skip today before anything starts. It never solves CAPTCHAs, gets past logins, stores passwords, or ticks agreements for you. • When the employer's confirmation page appears, the job is marked as applied. You can undo that, and a job you applied to yourself is recorded the same way. HOW TO USE 1. Sign in to your OfferScout account at offerscout.pro 2. Open a job application, or press "Send now" on a job in your Applications list 3. Click the OfferScout icon to open the side panel 4. Review what was filled, answer anything it left for you, and submit PRIVACY The extension only reads job-application pages, not your general browsing. It uses your existing OfferScout sign-in, with no separate account.
