Nuvoread

Nuvoread reads webpage text aloud from the word you choose. Select text, press the floating play button, and continue listening from that point with sentence and optional word-level highlighting. The extension works with an OpenAI-compatible text-to-speech API URL. By default it is configured for a local MLX Audio speech server at http://127.0.0.1:9876, and you can change the API URL in the extension options. Page text selected for reading is sent only to the API URL you configure.
