Nugget: YouTube Video Summarizer & Article Summary Tool

✨ Nugget is a free AI summarizer and AI chat for YouTube videos and web articles — built into Chrome. Save any video or article with one click, get an instant summary with highlights and action items, then chat with anything you've saved and get answers with citations. You watch hours of YouTube. You read dozens of articles. You remember almost none of it. 😩 Nugget fixes that. Summarize YouTube videos in 30 seconds. Save articles and actually use them later. No manual work. No setup. No account needed. ══════════════════ 🚀 HOW IT WORKS 1. Install Nugget (free, one click) 2. While browsing YouTube or reading articles, click the Nugget icon to save 3. AI instantly generates a summary with highlights, takeaways, and action items 4. Chat with your saves. Ask questions. Get cited answers. 5. Build your personal library. Organize into folders. That's it. No account, no setup, no learning curve. ══════════════════ 🎯 WHY NUGGET IS DIFFERENT Most tools save content. Nugget makes it useful. Bookmarks and "watch later" lists are link graveyards. 💀 You save things and never return because nothing gets processed. Nugget is different because it combines three things in one tool: 1️⃣ An AI summarizer that processes everything you save 2️⃣ A smart library that organizes automatically 3️⃣ A chat interface that works across your entire collection Save anything. Ask everything. 💡 ══════════════════ ⚡ FEATURES 🎬 YouTube Video Summarizer — Summarize any YouTube video in 30 seconds. Get a digest, key highlights with clickable timestamps, strategic takeaways, and action items. Then chat with the video and get cited answers. 📄 Article Summarizer — Save any article or web page with one click. Ads and clutter are stripped automatically so you get clean text and an instant AI summary every time. 💬 Chat with Your Content — Ask questions about anything you've saved. "What were the main arguments?" "What does the author recommend?" Chat with a single item, a folder, or your whole library at once. Every answer includes citations. 🔖 Smart Library — Your saves are organized into a searchable library. No manual tagging, no complex setup. Just save and search. 📁 Folders — Group related saves and chat with just that folder. Great for research projects and learning sprints. 💾 Full Export — JSON backup of your entire library, anytime. Your data is always yours. ══════════════════ 🔒 PRIVACY & OWNERSHIP Your library lives on YOUR device. Not on our servers. 🛡️ All saved videos, articles, summaries, and chat history are stored in your browser (IndexedDB) — we never see them 🛡️ AI processing: content is sent to our backend → Google Gemini for summarization → content is immediately discarded 🛡️ We collect only anonymous usage analytics (token counts, feature use). No personal data. No tracking. 🛡️ Everything is exportable as JSON. Your data is yours. 🛡️ No account needed. No email required to start. Optional email for the Pro waitlist only. We believe your data should be yours. That's why we built it this way. ══════════════════ 🎁 FREE TO USE ✅ 100K AI tokens per month — enough for dozens of saves and chats ✅ Unlimited local saves — no cap on your library size ✅ No credit card, no trial that expires ✅ Need more tokens?
