About NotesBanao Desktop Sync

NotesBanao Desktop Sync is the official companion extension for the NotesBanao desktop application. It acts as a smart bridge between your browser and your desktop note-taking environment, ensuring a seamless, distraction-free study experience. ✨ WHAT IT DOES: When you watch online lectures or educational videos, this extension monitors the video's real-time playback state (Play, Pause, Ads) and video title. It instantly syncs this data with your NotesBanao desktop app. 💡 KEY FEATURES: Smart Ad Skipping: Automatically detects when an advertisement is playing so your desktop app pauses note generation during ads. Auto-Pause Sync: If you pause your lecture to catch up or take a break, your notes stay perfectly aligned without generating blank spaces or broken timestamps. Contextual Awareness: Syncs the video title so your notes are automatically labeled correctly.
