Nothing is cached or reused: reload the page and you get a brand new code. If typing a code isn't the friction that works for you, switch to a short reflection prompt in your own words, or a plain wait timer instead, picked once in Settings. This isn't a countdown you can wait out without thinking, and it isn't a snooze button you tap through on autopilot.
