About No WiFi Browsing Protector

Prevents browser navigation when there's no internet connection. Useful for managed Chromebooks in schools, ensuring that students cannot turn off Wi-Fi and access offline sites without teacher permission or without supervision from monitoring software. Checks the connection every 30 seconds to avoid affecting the Chromebook's battery usage.
