The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About NewTqnia Start
Make every new tab a calm and useful starting point.
NewTqnia Start replaces Chrome’s new-tab page with a focused dashboard for searching the web, opening your favorite websites, checking the time, and discovering a concise technology briefing.
Features:
- Search using your existing Chrome default search provider
- Create and manage up to 12 website shortcuts
- See the current time, date, and a contextual greeting
- Read a concise briefing of the latest technology stories
- Switch between English and Arabic
- Keep using locally saved shortcuts when the news service is unavailable
- Navigate through a clean and responsive interface
Your shortcuts, language, preferences, and cached briefing are stored locally on your device.
NewTqnia Start does not collect your search queries or request access to your browsing history. The extension connects to https://newtqnia.com/en only to retrieve the public technology briefing.
Developed and maintained by NewTqnia.
