The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About New York Times Byline Restorer
The New York Times removed bylines from its homepage and section pages in August 2018. This adds them back.
It can also optionally remove the “x min read” lines added to the homepage in September 2022.
