The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About New Tab Notepad

A simple new tab notepad to write quick notes. There are 4 different themes, 2 light and 2 dark. This uses chromes local storage to save the notes in either textarea form(default usage) or in the list view. You can swap between the two in the settings modal in the bottom left. The data will persist between both when switching. Updates to come if suggested! I can add more themes and make text sizeable. Changelog: 9/18/24: Updated icon to a larger / different background color. 2/11/25: Removed storage permissions since its not being used
