The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Never Give Up Site Blocker

Never Give Up Site Blocker helps people avoid adult websites by redirecting blocked pages to a simple motivational reminder. The extension updates its blocklist from a public adult-domain hosts source, keeps a local fallback list, and uses Chrome's Manifest V3 declarativeNetRequest APIs to block top-level navigation. When a blocked site is opened, the browser shows a calm encouragement page with a motivational video instead of loading the site. The extension is lightweight, stores the downloaded domain list locally, and does not collect, sell, or share personal user data.
