About Netlogs
Netlogs adds a DevTools tab that records every network request from the page you're inspecting and tags each one by what it is, so you can find the requests that matter without scrolling through hundreds of rows.
WHAT YOU GET
- Automatic tags: API calls (Get/Post/Put/Patch/Delete), HTML, static assets, tracking, injected JS and beacons
- Your own tags: name a request ("Pricing API", "Cart", "Delivery") and every matching request is tagged, live
- Filter chips: narrow the list to one tag in a click
- Search across everything: URL, query string and body, headers and response bodies, with hit counts per part
- Response viewer: JSON and HTML syntax highlighting, text/regex find, plus CSS selector and XPath search inside responses
- Copy as cURL, Python (requests) or Node (fetch)
- Cookies view with Domain, Path, Expires, SameSite, HttpOnly and Secure
- Export and import HAR files
- Disable cache toggle and Preserve log
- Clear session for the current site (cache, cookies, storage), with a confirmation first
WHY THE DEBUGGER?
Netlogs captures traffic through the Chrome debugger so it sees requests from iframes and workers, and requests made before the panel was opened. Chrome shows its standard "started debugging this browser" banner while Netlogs is attached to a tab. It attaches only to the tab whose DevTools window is open on the Netlogs panel.
PRIVACY
Everything stays in your browser. Netlogs makes no network requests of its own, has no analytics, and never sends captured traffic anywhere. The only thing saved is your settings (tag rules and toggles), stored locally. HAR files you export may contain cookies and tokens, so handle them carefully.
Requires Chrome 125 or newer. Open DevTools and select the Netlogs tab.
