The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About NCVLink

The NCVLink API integration platform providing database driven screen pops. The NCVLink app integrates with back-office applications using APIs (EZLynx, Salesforce.com, Zendesk, etc.) By leveraging APIs the NCVLink extension will search any internal database and present the findings in a new window. The NCVLink app also recognizes any phone number presented in Google Chrome and transforms it into a clickable link for seamless click to dial.
