myCRMSIM Connect – Calls & Voice Notes for HighLevel

myCRMSIM Connect lets you call your HighLevel contacts and send them voice notes without leaving HighLevel. CALL FROM THE CONTACT PAGE A Call button appears beside the contact's name. Click it to call; when there is more than one way to call, choose one: • Mac: a FaceTime Audio call placed through the Mac connected to your myCRMSIM account. You talk and listen in your browser. • Android: a mobile call placed from the SIM in your myCRMSIM Android phone. With browser calling set up, you talk and listen in your browser; otherwise the phone rings the contact and you talk on the phone. A small call window shows who you are calling, the call's status, a timer, and Mute and End buttons. The Call button tells you in advance when calling is not available, and why. SEND VOICE NOTES A microphone button appears in the message box of a conversation. Record your message, and it is attached as an MP3 for you to send by SMS, WhatsApp, Email or iMessage. WHAT YOU NEED • A HighLevel account. • A myCRMSIM account, signed in at app.mycrmsim.com in the same browser, with the HighLevel sub-account connected. • For calls: a Mac running the myCRMSIM app, or an Android phone running the myCRMSIM app, and a myCRMSIM Calling plan where required. • Voice notes need no myCRMSIM account. WORKS ON app.gohighlevel.com, app.leadconnectorhq.com, app.msgsndr.com, app.leadtalk.io, and your agency's own HighLevel address, which you can add in the extension's settings. PRIVACY Voice notes are recorded and converted on your computer and attached directly to your HighLevel message. Calls are placed through your own myCRMSIM account.
