My Telegram Media Downloader

Adds a one-click download button to Telegram Web's fullscreen media viewer, the photo or video you're already looking at gets saved straight to your computer, no re-uploading to a bot or third-party site. How it works: Telegram Web already loads the full-size media into the page when you open the viewer. This extension just adds a button that saves it using your browser's normal download flow. • Works on web.telegram.org/k/ • No account access beyond what's already loaded in the viewer • No data collected, stored, or transmitted anywhere • Open source: https://github.com/saputhebeast/my-telegram-media-downloader
