My Synergy Phone

My Synergy Phone is the phone for Structure Studio, the software shed builders use to run their sales, orders and deliveries. It gives your team one business number for calls and texts, right in Chrome. What you can do: - Call customers from a keypad, or search your Structure Studio contacts by name or number. - Take calls to your business number. Everyone the owner assigned to the number rings at once, and the caller's name shows before you answer. - Mute, send keypad tones for phone menus, and transfer a call to a teammate. If they don't pick up, the customer goes to voicemail, never to a dead line. - Text and email customers and see each conversation in one thread: texts, emails and calls in the same timeline, each message marked SMS or Email. - See your own calls, or the whole team's if your role allows it. - Listen to voicemail. - Click Call or Text on a contact in Structure Studio and My Synergy Phone does the rest, without leaving the page. My Synergy Phone works in a side panel beside Structure Studio or any other site, or in its own small window. When a call comes in, the window opens by itself and Chrome shows a notification with Answer and Decline. You need a Structure Studio account with phone access, and CSM Synergy must have switched My Synergy Phone on for your business. Sign in with your usual Structure Studio email and password. My Synergy Phone doesn't place emergency calls. For emergencies, call 911 from your cell phone.
