MotherBot — Send WhatsApp

Send WhatsApp messages from any web page, straight from your MotherBot account. Highlight a phone number on any website (your CRM, a lead form, an email, a spreadsheet or a directory), right-click and choose "Send WhatsApp message". A small panel opens on the page. Pick a template or type your message, then click send. You never leave the page and never copy numbers across tabs. MotherBot for Chrome works with the official WhatsApp Business Platform through your MotherBot account. Messages go out from your business number and follow the same limits and rules you've set in your dashboard. Your admin can also have every send saved to the customer's chat in MotherBot Live Chat. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHAT YOU CAN DO ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Right-click any phone number Select a number on any page, right-click and choose "Send WhatsApp message". You can also click the MotherBot icon in the toolbar, type a number and open the panel. • Send approved templates Search all of your WhatsApp-approved templates, fill in the blanks (names, order numbers, links, one-time codes), add a header image or document, and see a live preview before you send. • Send rich replies while the chat is open If the customer has messaged you in the last 24 hours, you can send plain text, images, documents, reply buttons, lists and link buttons. Upload a file from your computer or paste a link. • Know before you send The panel checks whether the customer's 24-hour window is open and tells you which message types will be delivered. Outside the window, it tells you to use a template. • Send to several numbers at once Select text that contains several numbers. The panel finds every number in it, and you can also add one number per line. • Choose which number to send from If your business has more than one WhatsApp number connected, pick the one to send from. • Add the customer to your CRM Switch to "Add customer" to save the person you're looking at, with their name, email, city, country, language, tags, notes and custom fields, straight into MotherBot. If they're already saved, the panel tells you and updates their details. • Works in Google Sheets Click the cell with the phone number, then click "Open composer" in the toolbar. The number fills in automatically. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SAFE AND IN YOUR CONTROL ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Your WhatsApp account keys stay in MotherBot. The extension only holds an access token that you can change or switch off from your dashboard at any time. • Daily send limits, allowed template types and available features are all set by your admin in MotherBot. • Every send is recorded in the extension's activity log in MotherBot, so you can see what was sent, when and from which website. • The extension only runs on a page when you click it or use the right-click menu. It does not read the pages you visit in the background. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ GETTING STARTED ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 1. Install the extension. 2. In MotherBot, go to Integrations → Chrome Extension → Connect and copy your access token. 3. Click the MotherBot icon in Chrome, choose "Connection settings", paste the token and click "Save & verify". 4. Select a phone number on any page, right-click and choose "Send WhatsApp message".
