The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About ModeSwitch - Tab Groups Manager

ModeSwitch ModeSwitch is a tab manager that helps you organize your browser by context using simple “modes”. It allows you to: ● Save your open tabs as modes (Work, Study, Leisure, etc.) ● Open all tabs of a mode with a single click ● Close only the tabs that belong to a specific mode ● Quickly switch between different browsing contexts ● Keep your browser clean and focused …and nothing more than what’s needed. ModeSwitch works entirely locally in your browser. No accounts, no tracking, no external servers.
