Mini NordiQ App

Mini NordiQ App is for recruiters who already use NordiQ and work in their ATS all day. Click the toolbar icon on any tab and a side panel opens next to the page you are on. - Search candidates by keywords and job title, or look one up by email, phone or LinkedIn profile URL - Filter jobs by status or to the ones assigned to you, pick one and see candidates ranked by how well they match it, with the reasons for each score - Open a job to adjust how its requirements weigh in the match - Narrow the search with the same filters as NordiQ, in your own saved order - Read a short candidate summary and set willingness to move forward - Add a candidate to a NordiQ target list; lists that sync to a Bullhorn tearsheet update the tearsheet too - Browse your target lists, search inside one, and add or remove candidates - Connect a list to a Bullhorn tearsheet, new or existing, and disconnect it again without deleting the tearsheet The panel never reads or changes the page you are on. You need a NordiQ account to use it.
