Miles — Lead Concierge Assistant

Miles is an AI assistant for car-dealership sales teams. It runs alongside your dealership's CRM and drafts the next text or email to each lead, in the rep's own voice. HOW IT WORKS • Open a lead in your CRM. Miles reads the conversation and the lead (vehicle of interest, trade-in, notes) • Click Draft and get a warm, human reply signed as you • Edit anything, insert it into your CRM's reply box, and send it from there WHAT'S INSIDE • Text and email drafting, each with its own tone • Follow-ups for leads that went quiet, without repeating itself • Memory across text and email, so the same angle is never used twice on one customer • Optional live vehicle-spec research for product questions • Call Coach: a short game plan before every phone call • Templates: intro, appointment confirmation, directions, post-visit, re-engage, and more YOU STAY IN CONTROL Reps review and send their own messages. Follow-up campaigns run only when a manager turns them on, under the rules the dealership sets. REQUIRES A MILES ACCOUNT For dealership teams using Miles (meetmiles.info). Reps sign in with credentials issued by their dealership admin. Without an account the extension won't draft.
