Michii – Step-by-Step Guide & SOP Recorder

Michii is a step-by-step guide and SOP recorder for Chrome. Do a web task once and Michii turns every click into a step, with a screenshot and a written instruction. Anyone you share it with can play the guide on the live website, with an orange ring around the exact button to click next. HOW IT WORKS • Record: click the Michii icon and do the task the way you normally would, on any website. • Michii writes it: each click becomes a step with a screenshot and a clear instruction. Edit any step without recording again. • Share: send a link, or give the guide a shortcut like /refund that anyone on your team can type to start it. LIVE PLAYBACK, NOT ANOTHER DOC Screen recordings and long SOP documents get skipped. A Michii guide runs on the viewer's own screen, one step at a time, and highlights the real button they need. It follows along across pages, so people finish the task instead of hunting through a wiki. BUILT FOR • Support teams replacing long how-to emails • Operations and HR teams onboarding people to internal tools • Trainers and L&D teams building software walkthroughs • Admins who support people on CRMs, help desks, store admin panels and internal dashboards FEATURES • Interactive guides that play on the live site • Automatic screenshots and written steps • Guide shortcuts, like /refund or /onboard • PDF export for SOPs, with names, emails and other personal data blurred • Video export • Analytics: plays, completion rate and the step where people drop off • AI assistant that answers questions about the page you're on • Smart matching that keeps guides working through small website redesigns • Works on single-page apps, pages with frames and sites behind a login.
