Your recipient sees the options right in your message. No booking link to open or account to create. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open Google Calendar in week view and click “Select Times.” 2. Drag on the calendar to select the times you want to offer. 3. Review your selections and edit dates or times as needed. 4. Choose a recipient timezone and output format in Settings. 5. Click “Copy availability” and paste into your email or chat. REVIEW AND ADJUST BEFORE YOU SEND • See full dates, times, and source timezones for your selections. • Edit a time slot directly in the sidebar. • Remove individual slots or undo selection changes. • Preview the formatted text before copying. • Resize or collapse the sidebar to fit your workspace. Your timezone and format preferences sync across Chrome browsers when Chrome sync is enabled.
