Record your Google Meet and Jitsi meetings, take timestamped notes as you listen, and turn the recording plus your notes into useful minutes of meeting (MOM). Start recording when you choose, give the meeting a title, and keep decisions and follow-ups in timed notes. After Stop & save, listen to the recording in your local Library, save a WAV file, or drag the audio into ChatGPT, Gemini, or another chat that accepts audio. Paste your notes separately to give the AI context; use a transcript when a chat does not accept audio. Ask your chosen AI for the discussion summary, decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines. Prefer API-based processing? Add your own provider key in Settings and request a transcript or meeting summary. Supported provider paths include Gemini, Google Speech-to-Text, OpenAI, Claude, and OpenRouter. Each Library provider action asks for confirmation before sending content off-device. Provider fees, limits, and privacy terms apply separately. Recordings and notes stay in this browser’s extension storage until you export or share them. There is no extension subscription or checkout in the current version. Optional extras include audio import, playback-speed controls, right-to-left notes, smaller WAV export parts, and Freeform recording. Optional usage analytics is off by default. Enable it in Settings to share basic feature counts with PostHog EU. Audio, notes, titles, transcripts, summaries, and API keys are excluded. You can turn it off at any time. Requires desktop Chrome 116+. Recording begins only after Start. Meeting microphone input is excluded when the supported meeting reports muted or its mute state is unknown; Freeform microphone recording works separately. Google Speech-to-Text currently uses Persian; default MOM instructions request Persian and can be edited. Long recordings can exceed AI upload or processing limits.
